DPS MIHAN celebrated ‘International Tiger Day’ on 29th July 2021(Thursday), to create awareness about the declining tiger population and conserving tigers globally.A Special Assembly for class III was conducted, where the kids shared beautiful thoughts and amazing facts on tigers.
The students participated actively, making the assembly more special. To emphasise more on endangered species and make the kids know the importance of habitat, class IV and V made a miniature forest with natural waste like dry leaves, twigs, pebbles, soil etc.
The assembly was later concluded with a beautiful video where the students shared their views on our national animal. An engrossing webinar was also organised for the students of class IV and V by the acclaimed naturalist – Mr. Ashwin from Singinawa Jungle Lodge. It was a great learning for the students.
